1:1 Hypnotherapy session. *2 sessions required* This process starts with me giving you a call to observe your presenting issue and determine if it is within my scope and/or if its vocational/avocational.(15 mins) followed by 2 one hour long sessions + 2 audio recordings of the session to listen to 4-5x for reinforcement.
